Hotel Policies
- The daily rates include breakfast since served in the hotel restaurant from 06:30 to 10:00
- Wifi (consult our policy)
- The daily rates are increased by 5% ISS + 10% service charge
- We have triple and quadruple apartments (see our accommodation policy)
- One child up to 5 years old is free of charge in the parents' bed
- Reservations without guarantee of the show will be active until 15h. After this time the cancellation will be automatic
- Cancellations and / or changes, directly with the reservation center in advance of up to 48h before check in during business hours
- Prepaid values are non-refundable and can not be credited for future reservations
- If there are changes in the rules of the economy, we reserve the right to revise rates without prior notice
- Preferences like, floor, apartment location and bed type, are not guaranteed on the booking confirmation, but upon availability at check in
- Parking (additional costs), and for guarantee we charge in advance
- Check in from 3 pm and check out until 11 am
- Early check in and late check out policies (values to consult according to availability and for periods of New Year and Carnival do not apply Early Check in or Late Check out)
- Connected apartments / connexion we charge in advance a fee of $ 80.00 for confirmation, if not informed, will not be confirmed
- We do not have cots
- For reservations made directly with the hotel, we pay the per diems up to 6x without interest in the credit card (see our installment policy)
- At check-in you will be asked for a credit card to guarantee any extras (regardless of the sales channel of your reservation)
